In the Name of God ,Most Gracious ,  Most Merciful ,

Praise be to God ,

The cherister   and sustainer of the worlds ;

Most Gracious , Most Merciful ;

Master of the Day of Judgement .

Thee do we worship

and Thine aid we seek .

Show us the straight way ,

the way of those on whom

Thou hast bestowed Thy Grace ,

Those whose (portion) .

is not wrath

And who go not astray .

I am honoured to write an acknowledgement to this research ,the mechanism of translation which is an attempt to translate a number of   texts from three main languages with different styles : from English to French and vice versa and from English to Arabic and vice versa. I am grateful to my supervisors who have given freely of their time and have provided me with advice as well as valuable assistance. I would also like to thank them, Mrs. Bentazi who encouraged me and Mr. Borsali from whom I learnt some matters that clarified my ignorance through the comments and discussions .
